When can I expect my Item to arrive ?

A member of staff will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. If you want to find out more please use the contact form and select the delivery enquiry from the department drop down. 

Can I get some fabric samples ?

Please visit our fabric sample order page here to order fabric samples. 

How long will the fabric samples take to arrive ?

The fabric samples will take 1-2 working days with 1st class postal service.

Am I able to alter my bed frame ?

Yes. Please contact us before you place your order to discuss your requirements.

If you have already placed your order then please fill out the general enquiry form as soon as possible as changes to orders need to be requested before your bed is manufactured. 

How do I make changes to my current order ?

Please use the contact form and select existing customer enquiry from the department drop down.

I am not moving in until X amount of time, can you hold my order ?

We are able to keep hold of your bed for as long as you need. What you need to do is in the note section upon checkout leave your delivery instructions and we can get this all arranged for you. Please note we do need at least 3-4 weeks notice prior to your preferred delivery date. We can’t guarantee we will be able to deliver on the specified date however we will do our best to accommodate you!

Do you offer finance, monthly instalments or deposit schemes ?

Yes we offer Klarna for easy monthly instalments

How do I change my shipping address for my order ?

Use the contact form on this page and select change delivery address from the department drop down. You will need to provide proof of your billing address, shipping address and proof of ID. 

Do you provide assembly ?

Yes you can add assembly to all our products from the given options where the items will be taken to room of choice and assembled upon delivery by us.
